February 18th: Breakfast for Dinner (Avondale Estates, Georgia)
Choose your style of eggs, french toast with homemade custard, breakfast sausage and potatoes
March 18th: Louisiana Gumbo (New Orleans, Louisiana)
Sausage and chicken gumbo, mac and cheese, from scratch cornbread
April 22nd: Pizza Party (Naples, Italy)
Make pizza dough from scratch, pick your toppings, roll out your dough and create your own personal pizza. Mixed green salad.
May 20th: Street Tacos (Mexico City, Mexico)
From scratch corn tortillas, grilled meats, salsas, toppings, guacamole and chips
JuNE 10TH: Korean Appetizer Party (Seoul, South Korea)
Mini Korean meatballs in bbq sauce, sweet potato tempura, kimchi pancakes, seaweed salad
July 22nd: Stuffed Shells (Sicily, Italy)
Meat and cheese stuffed pasta shells, from scratch caesar salad dressing, caesar salad
August 26th: Chow Mein (Taishan, China)
Chow mein noodles, veggies, choice of chicken, tofu, beef or shrimp. Egg drop soup
September 23rd: Moroccan Chicken Tagine (Marrakesh, Morocco)
Slow cooked chicken tagine, from scratch flatbread, Harira tomato based lentil soup
October 21st: Samosa and Sauce (Jhansi, India)
Veggie and meat samosas, yogurt sauce, mint cilantro chutney, tomato chutney, from scratch hot chai tea
November 18th: Japanese Curry and Kara age Fried Chicken (Nakatsu, Japan)
Back to Japan with a warming Japanese style curry and Japanese fried chicken with rice and dipping sauce.
