Andy roomed with band member Nik Abowitz on a cruise from Fort Lauderdale, Florida to Mexico and the Bahamas. Andy and Nik became instant lifelong pals, and they have the friendship bracelets to prove it! Because of this, it seemed only fitting that Nik sing backup on the song Andy wrote as his ode. Band member Collin Wilson and his repeated phrase of "Forget Abowdit!" was the original inspiration for the song, and it’s an affirmation Andy will always remember to repeat when things seem overwhelming.

In reflecting on his experience, Andy said, “I have traveled a lot as a musician and had good experiences, but none of them seemed as impactful or memorable as this trip and the people I shared it with. I won't ever forget about it!”
